Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our linen garments is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please review our policy below.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items)  
We accept returns and exchanges on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition  
- All original tags must be attached  
- Proof of purchase is required  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Custom & Altered Pieces  
All custom-made garments and items that have been altered or tailored are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing your order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items  
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, or alter the garment to your needs.

 

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges  
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.
